Would you like me to provide you with the recording of the battle in which I repeatedly tell the trader he is free to leave and I was only after the warship. The same video that shows the trader STARTING the boarding action with ME and that although I obviously won the boarding action I did not take the ship or sink it, meaning I did not profit from his actions?

As I have previously explained, I was not made aware of the change in agreement. Instead of trying to communicate with me, you FIRST organised a very large revenge fleet. You claim that the reasons behind taking Les Cayes was faulty (I imagine there's a translation issue here) is incorrect and we were completely justified in the taking of the port. For too long you guys have hidden behind the defence of being small and weak yet as of late your players are regularly appearing in combat news and often finishing the day on the PvP leader board. I'd say this alone makes you ready to defend yourselves and even expand your own territories.

I would of course gladly help you clean up the reputation of your clan by collecting and providing both screenshots and video evidence for your assessment from this point forwards sir

@DaRho I now see reports of PFK members switching to clans not in the agreement to attack British trader? How do you explain this? If you are indeed trying to work on your clan's image then I suggest you do your best to expedite matters dramatically sir! Regarding the agreement itself. I was approached by the British negotiating team and asked if I would agree to leave Polish trade ships alone for 7 days. I agreed to this as I don't think it is right to deny the guys the opportunity to move their resources, HOWEVER due to some miscommunication this arrangement was changed AFTER I went offline and to bed. I was not notified of this change, but I feel that was a genuine mistake and I hold no malice towards anyone involved in the negotiations on either side. I will honour the adjusted agreement as far as the clan HOST is concerned if they so wish it. HOWEVER I feel the actions and general character of the PFK member I have personally dealt with over the previous four weeks or so make them undeserving of such considerations and clan MOO will give no quarter to anyone sailing under the PFK tag. You guys have got to stop using this "smallest nation" shield you keep hiding behind. You constantly sail in large ganking fleets and have more than enough players for pvp. You use this "smallest nation" status as an excuse to avoid any fight somewhat close to even. Yes other nations are bigger, but most of their players focus on PvE over PvP. So I'd say on a PvP basis, your player numbers are probably on par with other nations. I might also suggest you guys would be happier on the PvE server as you seem so fond of arrangements that avoid ALL open world PvP.

@Iroquois Confederacy Please explain how screening against the Brits and taking part in hostility missions against the Brits is OW PvP and in no way is classed as interfering in RvR?

He is referring I think to the often large amounts of lag when clicking crafting (could be wrong)

Botswain will make the crew move into the "repair slot" quicker, but wont increase how much is repaired in total

(Please excuse the 60s of "nothing" at the start of the video, I thought it was importing to include the footage of the cutter as well) When I joined the battle the British Mercury fired a broadside into the water for no apparent reason, the two ships then proceeded to turn away from each other. The Mecury then fired a second broadside in what I can only assume was an attempt to make the fight look genuine. I suspect they were warned of my impending entance by the recently killed pirate sitting on a cutter in the Pirate join circle. It is also worth noting that he British player made NO attempt at all to keep the Pirate in the battle.

@admin @Ink Is it possible for you to look into this? It's almost as if the repair is ignoring the 15% reduced sail damage taken and acting as though it doesn't need repairing. For Example: 30%(base)+10% =40% sail repair. However it is only repairing 24-25% at any one time which is 15% less than it should, I'm wondering if it is some somehow connected to the 15% reduced sail damage taken and there is some confusion in the code
