  7. I do! Since release, I have 10 PVP kills in this fantastic hunter! Just some tips: Equip the ship with medium guns Nobody cares being approched by a Traders Lynx. Take your time and make a good tag. Start the fight with prepared and load chains. Start with wind at beam reach, the other player will try and run in the wind, you just go behind and rake chain... DO NOT forget to take repairs... Have fun.

  11. Yep, some Basic Tech => Advanced Tech gradation would be nice. And a quality control. RTW, RTW everythere. Also require qualified enough personnel to build and maintain new stuff.

  12. During the campaign I think there should be at least some form of downside to using the absolute latest tech besides cost. For example a ship that uses a brand new engine might have a chance to break down and slow down the fleet. Or brand new guns might have issues with repairs due to lack of barrel supply (similar to why Shinano was converted to a carrier due to a lack of gun barrels). It would further discourage the "ultra fast running in the 90's dodge every shell" type of build than the most recent patch. So stacking expensive maitnence on bleeding edge tech plus high repair costs , and a

  13. Good Evening. I was just trading between Mortimer town and Nuevitas when I was jumped by 3 people that apparently just switched out of the pirate nation. Fair is fair but then apparently one of their friends jumped in on my side in a Constitution and helped them even admitting in the chat that he was with them. Was constantly trying to get in my way, pushed one of the guys away as I was boarding it, kept preventing me from maneuvering. The second time I tried to board the Endymion the Constitution got in between us and got the board 1st so that I didn't cap the ship. This type of unfair game p

  15. First: I would not say something about the fight it was totally fine. But, as always, when we fight against Players from the Russian Nation something strange happens. this is not an accusation but it always happens against Russian players and this time I'll report this. Issue: the counter didn't work (count down) when ships are outside the circle. See screen sheets. The end fight was outside the circle for more then 10 to 15 minutes. Some where able to sail back into the circle, after 15 minutes. Some where able to loot (!) outside the circle while the battle was st

  17. Seems to be an issue with the Dreadnought I hull in that you can't place 152mm casemates this side of the ship, the other side doesn't have this issue. Edit: Also the single barrel 102mm secondaries are actually showing up as twin barrel

I know that what a lot of what I’m about to say has been said before, but I feel suggestion reports often work on a principle of ‘accuracy by volume’ I will preface this by saying that the compelling facebook adverts (which have slowly ground down my will into purchasing a £40 over the course of several months) are pretty misleading since I now see on here, that the devs have said back in October that they have no intention of implementing a similar system to adjust the hull. RVR proposal Civil war The risk is that thanks to the forged papers (I state that I have nothing against them) many players join the stronger nation simply because it is simpler, or as for some, just to avoid fighting. This is not good for a war game, where war must remain the main purpose. Proposal Add a list of enemy clans (rogue) that belong to your nation to clans. If a clan is added to this list it can be attacked in OW and its ports can also be attacked.   24. You forgot to mention the war vs dutch was the most boring war of all time. I never went into a PB vs the dutch where I thought there was even a 10% chance to lose. Of course later on the defense of Higuey did prove the KRAKE fleet was at least on par with the russian. But I am jumping ahead. Good chapter but I have to agree with the above comments that there is too much self adulation toward our own clan, but I take it it's due to pride of having had rebuilt a dead nation such a Prussia into something at least of decent level.   25. Na komm, SNOW mit seinen fünf aktiven Membern (damals wohl eher zwi bis drei) war ja sicher eine große Herausforderung für KRAKE. Die MDM Jungs wollten sogar ausschließlich in Redoutables in die Port Battles gehen um den Preußen auch ja keine Schiffe zukommen zu lassen durch kapern. KRAKE/LAMA waren aber immer gut darin sich besser dastehen zu lassen als sie wirklich sind. Haben es nichtmal geschafft die Russen aus den Caymans rauszukriegen, aber die Holländer schön plattgemacht, ja ja. Und dann als man mit den Holländern fertig war nach zwei Port Battles gegen die Russen den Schwa

  26. thanks mate, but I can no longer use the TNT because the funds don't seem to work the same and lyddite is a BIG no-no now due to flash fire chance, ive tried it a few times, I get nuked within minutes with that, even with the needed protection. even white powder is bad for flash fires. only safe one I can use that's in budget is tube powder really

  31. If it is a large well used port it can probably self sustain on income. The bigger issue is clans having left the nation but still maintaining an alt in the old clan to keep the ports, thus being able to funnel funds out of a nation from a profitable port and restrict what a nation can do with that port. But even if a clan leaving the nation wanted to hand over to another clan, it is not possible without losing some of the port investments. So in some cases the leaving clan keeping control through alts can help the nation they left as they can still allow the nation access to the investme

  36. Hey so I am trying to get this to work on my Mac and I’m having some issues. I found the way to right click on the app and show package contents and browse local files and i out the download file into the data file but it changes nothing. Do I have to manually replace the sharp file or any other ones?

  37. Currently a nation can multiflip by setting max 5 ports, now when the devs are implementing the flag thing. I would like to suggest that the numbers of portbattles a nation can set, is reduced to max 2 portbattles. If one of them finishes, there is a open slot to set a new portbattle. This would reduce the multiflips that people are scared about.

  38. The way DLC ships are presented; Currently; DLC ships can be redeemed everyday, can be redeemed with season woods, can be from blue to gold with trims. What is wrong, You can redeem very strong ships every day, regardless of their rank. They are always redeemed with season woods, so if you do it everyday, at the end you will have a very good ship with season woods with good port bonus. If you do not like, just break it down for special wood. It is meaningless to craft for example any 3rd rate ship, as there is a very good redeemable, and crafting it with season woods is very dif

I honestly love this game, and as a lot of people said, most of my improvement ideas are for the designer of the ship : -1 Please please please make so that we can put barbette like we put central turret : not having "preset" place for them, so we can for example put barbette on DD to have aft superfiring turret design, or that we can have secondary turret on top of main battery guns, or we can create interesting design like USS Texas without having to get a headache from "preset" positions -2 Also just maybe you should remove preset positions for EVERYTHING, not being able to "pinpoint"
