    We need more ranks and we need ability to adjust them. In fact, remove Diplomat and Officer ranks altogether. Allow us to make our own rank, name them and give them specific privileges/responsibilities. The abilities that we need to be able to assign to custom ranks are: - Recruit new players (send clan invite); - Promote to specific rank (for example recruiter can promote from recruit to member; - Give adjustable access to clan warehouse. Limits or restrictions are set for each rank. For example clan’s ship crafter may withdraw specific amount a day of some specific resources; - Clan warehouse access: View content (yes/no), withdraw limit (yes/no) if yes opens windows where you can set limit per time per resource; - Clan warehouse should have sections. We need ability to assign different sections to different player ranks, e.g. normal members gets access to specific sections where they can take anything they need without limit. There should be sorting section so all items that goes to warehouse at first go to sorting warehouse; - In such there will be warehouse manager role; - Ability to promote or demote ranks (recruiter may be able to give the recruit member rank, but cant give officer rank etc.) - Ability to set message of the day (pop up window that all clan members get on login); - Ability to take hostility mission. Yes because its clans politics etc, clan leader needs to be able to restrict that if he wants to specific officer rank. If thats not an issue then clan leader can set that anyone in clan may take hostility mission, but as clans grow, it would be good idea to restrict newcomers to potentially cause so political issue for the clan; - Ability to manage port etc; There are quite a few more that I have in mind and I’m sure other will comeup with more. Bottom line is, devs dont need to think on what ranks should be in the game. Just give us ability to make our own ranks and assign all the above parameters. This will make running the clan so much more immersive Thanks for your attention

    Sure. How we get it all? Easy. I ganked British fir/fir trinc with my Hercules. On this trinc with Moscalb fir/crew space belle we went to danmark. Near La Mona we capted purple connie with full bonuses and after that went to dutch. There we capter 3 purple wasas with Naval Clocks and good bonuses in one day. Its all way from medium guns herk to best ships with best upgrades. I turn herk with medium guns to wasa with naval clock and long guns for 5 hours. 2 players. 5 hours. 2 shit free ships and 10 noobs on our way. No craft. Only pvp. Not fair to say that game doesn't let solo players have best of the best.

    2 things. 1. pirate rig refit only affects your speed inside a battle instance, it will not increase your speed in the open world and it won't show a difference on your ship's card. It is even better to say that pirate rig refit affects your sailing profile in battle (which normally does give you more speed at certain angles to the wind). 2. anything that increases your base speed, like copper plating, will increase your OW speed and battle speed. the max speed you can have is 15.5 knts. If you want to get the max-speed out of a T.lyunx, then craft it as a fir/fir ship if you haven't already, and then just place speed mods until you reach the 15.5knt max limit. If you will frequently have cargo on your ship, then your speed may go "down," putting extra speed mods won't increase the max speed, but it WILL increase your speed while you still have cargo in your ship.

    To answer your question: An elite pirate/navy hull/copper on a fir/fir t-lynx MIGHT do it on a fully loaded t-lynx... (although in my humble opinion, nothing fully loaded should be able to reach the speed cap) But as with all battles, the tag will determine whether you get caught or not...

    Saludos, llevo días disfrutando de vuestras medidas de virilidad entre unos y otros mientras defendéis todos la "decencia" el "Respeto" y estas cosas inundando el foro ( que supuestamente es para ayudar a los usuarios que hablamos español) con este tipo de discusiones que no llevan a buen puerto. ¿Y pone una captura donde solo muestra mofa a la facción española?Dígame ahora que no es como dicen un "mete mierda". Se lo digo desde el respeto, pero ha sido ver la imagen y pensar esto, e imagino que no lo hizo con ese objetivo ( o si solo es para recriminar a alguno que haya abierto la boca demasiado) pero es lo que da a entender. Insisto en que no le ataco, solo digo que me parecía, a mi juicio, innecesario lleve o no razón. Mi opinión breve, si interesa. Cada uno es libre de jugar con la facción que quiera, y por ello no es menos "español" si una facción da pvp, los jugadores que les gusta eso es obvio que van a irse con ellos, del mismo modo que si hay facciones orientadas al crafteo y comercio, se irán a ellas y así de continuo . Creo que estas broncas para echarse unas risas están bien (los primeros 5 minutos), pero me da lástima ver como entre compañeros de facción se tiran puñales, cuando creo , deberíais limar asperezas y dejar tanto a los Ultras y otros usuarios ( como yo) que han abandonado la facción buscando algo que se ajuste a su criterio. No conozco las reyertas pasadas y tampoco creo que me aporten nada, pero viendo que esto empieza a salirse de madre con provocaciones, insultos, y a ver quién la tiene más larga ( con perdón) no se va a llegar a nada. Y de haber problemas, apoyo lo que dijeron ahí arriba algunos usuarios. ¿Tienes problemas con un usuario? Daros de cañonazos que al fin y al cabo el juego va de esto. Pero no increparos en el foro porque las palabras se las lleva al viento. Con esto no quiero decir que tengáis que mataros en el mar (que siendo pvp me parece normal siempre y cuando se quiera por ambas partes). O todavía mejor, ¿no soportas a un usuario? No entren al trapo e ignórenle, simple y fácil y no dan una mala visión de la comunidad española al resto de jugadores nuevos por sus peleas pasadas, que por lo que he visto en este hilo y otros...ha pasado del juego a un plano personal ( lo cual me hace gracia, porque esto es un juego, no la vida real). Disculpad si esto hace sangre, pero es lo que opino tras días entrando al foro para mirar información y ver 3-4 hilos de broncas absurdas. Espero que algunos recapaciten, y que otros simplemente intenten arreglar estos problemas. Nuevamente lo digo con toda la amabilidad del mundo, el entendimiento y las buenas formas, pues no quiero que se malinterprete.     Gameplay Rebalance and Customizations created by JonnyH13 and Pandakraut Discord Link: https://discord.gg/NmHUGvq 1/21/2020: Updated to 1.26 Summary of changes: - AI Charge logic and artillery targeting improvements. - Adding men now always results in a damage increase with diminishing returns for all unit types. - Improved surrender logic. - Moved some power from perks into unit stats and base weapon damage. - Fixed many CSA deployment issues, adjusted several battle timers and improved allied unit only battles. - XP is easier gain but veterans are more expensive. - Corps and division officers gain more experience and division officers are now more important for command bonuses. - Medicine now has a unique bonus to reduce officer wounding and kill rates. - Artillery ranges, damage, and range curves adjusted. - Added a variety of UI improvements. - Fixed numerous bugs including terrain not affecting damage. Summary of 1.26 changes: - AI now more likely to chain charge instead of sending one unit at a time. This has increased difficulty substantially on higher difficulties (This should be enough of a hint 😜) - Maximum supply amount now determined by career point choices. - Player now always has to pay to refill a % of supply wagons(previously only had to in multiday battles) - Detached skirmishers re-enabled with more restrictions. - Stacking stealth penalty added to make it harder to shoot the AI while hidden. - Hold position and charge cancel exploits mostly fixed. Units can no longer hold position if they are in contact with other friendly units. - Reduced maximum player skirmisher size. - XP amount needed to rank up to BG reduced. - Various improvements to artillery and projectile animations. Get a Major General to lead your corps as soon as you can. Melee is very important and deadly early on but do not rely on it. Melee becomes less effective as you progress through the campaign. Melee cavalry is good at cleaning up routing units, but charging units at full strength will result in high losses. Early fortifications can provide decent cover bonuses, but their melee bonuses are worse than charging. Muskets must get very close to deal decent damage, long range fire will be ineffective. Artillery and skirmishers will be less effective until they have 1-2 stars. - Make sure to let your units rest, they will not perform well when tired. Consider playing a difficulty lower than you normally would until you are used to how the mod works. Legendary, especially for the Union is currently extremely punishing. Known issues: Loss percentage on General's status panels display incorrectly in the intro missions. Over the next few weeks (and maybe months) there will be periodic updates to the campaign. These changes will drastically change how the battles play out such as the addition of more AI brigades and Player brigade limits. Keep checking back here for updates. Feedback will be appreciated.     1. Эссекс имеет на 20-30% меньше хп чем бель пуль. Следовательно вес залпа у эссекса не имеет значения т.к. у вас просто меньше хп и урон в минуту его не перекрывает. 2. У вас есть ремка, а у бота ее нет. Следовательно у него больше хп для баланса. 3. У бота стоят меды + шустрее перезарядка. 4. Пве зло. Все игроки пве сервера должны страдать от ботов ибо они не страдают от ганкеров.

    at the moment they are all the same. perhaps a rng random port bonus would be nice (redeemed in port bonus port) just to give a little twist and make them all different. after all they are being built in a port bonus port ( or, if not ,no pb bonus) it would be a nice feature.. for the dlc

    My suggestion is a secound Global channel just for Trading. Not for negoshiating just WTB WTT WTS offers alowed. That would be very nice caurse all the small Talk in the Global is Pushing the Gamerelated stuff away. That would be very nice. Thank you.

    I think mini ad hoc port battles against a port that is defended by AI (can be upgraded by port owner) and players coming to defend would be a nice addition. It could cause hostility to go up and if the raiding team wins they get a percentage of resources that that port produces. Would allow more access to PvPers trying to get rare woods. Maybe the game play could be a little different, like some players have to use trade ships and keep them in a zone for as long as possible (while they load up on resources) while others in war ships defend them. Might kind of be a nice change of pace and allow players to show off their evading skills.

    here is what happened, Rocko and I sail together, we saw mission right on free town docks 270 RU vs 360 FR, I see merc outside about to join RU, I join RU side, Rocko joins FR side, merc join RU side. I had no intention of killing Rocko, I took on the elite belle poule and sank the belle poule, took the loot from the belle poule, the other belle poule sank the merc, I loot the merc and I watch the end of battle. I did not green on green, did not ram/push. I know its not a fair situation, but I do not think its against the rules.

    Yah war was completely wiped and every one started over. Peace got to keep there rank and craftinng level but all else was lost (think they got one redeemable ship). For your time playing during EA you should have a DLC ship called the Pandora. It's a light frigate 5th rate, but it's good for raiding trade ships and such, not much a brawler.

    Lo cierto Giselle es que tienes razón, quizá vaya siendo hora de dejar el subforo en español un poco más limpio de hilos sin sentido. Aunque considero que esto también forma parte del "metajuego" mientras no se llegue al insulto fácil. Es difícil discernir donde poner el límite entre la libertad para publicar y la limpieza para encontrar información útil sobre el juego. Los hilos que tengan esta información recibirán la correspondiente chincheta, el resto la entrada es a propio riesgo del usuario. El foro en español también es la portada para muchos potenciales compradores que se quieran comprar el juego y el verlo con este tipo de hilos basura no es muy atractivo para ellos, si bien es cierto que la mayoría de ellos vienen con el culo pelao de otros juegos mas tóxicos todavía. Creo que el post al que haces referencia, a parte de lo que dices también es una especie de desafío a la facción y tiene el efecto de provocar una reacción que anime a los jugadores de esta a mejorar y devolver el golpe. No lo considero ofensivo, en caso contrario ya estaría oculto.

    I think the speed at this angle should be about 80.8% of the maximum speed. 12.6 means that the maximum speed at this time is at least 15.59. I don't know if the combat configuration of trinc can achieve this speed. The speed of the Russian port is 3%.

    Cmon... You dont need craft 24/7 to have long guns and good upgrades. You just need Hercules or Pandora with medium guns and 1 week with 2-3 hours per day + 150 russian noobs west of tumbado. Or dutch in les cayes. After 1 week you will have so many good ships /CM/Upgrades abd dubs... I didn't craft anything. Moscalb had to craft only 1 ship. All what we have start with medium guns Hercules. NA are friendly for solo players with good skills now more then 2 years ago I think. 2 years ago you must run from 25 ships after each battle. Now you can easy find some fun for solo/duo/small group. And finally take this f*c*ing books in LT.

    Ja, du kannst die Schiffe in deiner Flotte beladen. Hold Optimization gilt, wie bereits gesagt, nur für dein Hauptschiff, nicht jedoch für die Schiffe in deiner Flotte. Du kannst bis zu 3 Schiffe in Flotte nehmen mit den entsprechenden Perks. Plus Hauptschiff macht das maximal 4 Indiaman: 4x 4000=16000.

    Aso, habs dann falsch verstanden. Ja genau so kannst du dann rechnen. Der Hold deines Hauptschiffes vergrößert sich falls du den Perk "Hold Optimization" wählst. Von dem Hold eines Schiffes musst aber noch etwas abziehen, wenn es Kanonen führen soll.

    a clan ship dock as well thats tied to the clan warehouse so that clans can properly store ships that are being crafted in a clan warehouse port. like having 12- 18 slot capacity added to the clan warehouse menu for ship deposits, that way clans can store ships for members rather then taking up the shipcrafters personal dock space.

    The only real plus to the DLC ships is as Stalememes said, you can redeem them in any port. That is it. You can say "with the proper upgrades" this and that and all you're doing is adding variables. Any ship can be a "beast' with the proper upgrades, but apply the same upgrades on a crafted ship and it will beat a herc. So the end result is that the DLC's are good for fast response ships without having to use a tow to get a ship to a particular port. And even then, chances are you will be stuck using medium guns as most of the DLC ships are viewed as throwaways to respond or harass someone who has entered your nations waters.

    DLC ships are still way more useful and versatile than crafted ships because you can get one for free every 24 hours in any port you want in any woods you want. Thats mindbogglingly powerful. And you want them to be just as good as the crafted ships that players have to grind for hours and hours to get? To build the resource buildings, set up the shipyard, upgrade the shipyard, collect and transport the mats, and wait for more labor hours? That would be hilariously unfair and pay to win.

    Leave the DLC with 24 hour cool down, but allow those with the DLC to have the BP's for the ships so that if we want to craft them we can do so. Maybe as @AeRoTR mentions below give two options to redeem. SHIP NOTE with 24 cool down that can be redeem any where at any time or a permit for crafting a ship, but the permit is something like a 48 hour cool down. If you pick one you can't do the other until the cool down is done. This will still limit the crafted ones to every few days. Hell I'll be fine with a once a week cool down on getting a permit to craft one. As above do it with a permit to craft (you get the BP with buying the DLC). Instant note every 24 hours, permit every 48+ hours an you can't do either until the last cool down expires.

    please consider the unmatched benefit DLC ships have of being redeemable, every day, in any wood, in any outpost anywhere on the map. If port bonuses are added to this then DLC ships will become the absolute dominate and pay2win for PB's and OW combat. (ESPECIALLY shallow water)

    you talk about DLC ship been risk free but for traders picking the ECO mission with a 4k reals trader is not risk free? the guns on the DLC ship cost more then the trader does

    Don't understand this complete frustration about Russia. Is that a personnel problem or do you express the opinion of all HAVOC? I have played the longest time in small nations and have never used the term zerg for others. You choosed Danemark-Norge with the knowledge that there was nothing left anymore. You couldn't expect having hundreds of active players in your nation. Those who came back after release left the game before. That they are not the strongest columns if it comes to building a new nation with all those efforts new port mechanice demands, must have been very clear from the beginning. Russia is not that strong because of its numbers, but because of those two handful of players who pulled the cart before and do their job also today. And this one handful which pulls for REDS, HAVOC should be able to organize as well. That's why I would advice you to think more about what you can do for your clan and your nation instead of making useless thoughts about a nation you have no clue about. Do your job as good as we do, and you don't have to worry.

    @admin this and what about the Paints we where suppose to get 30 days after the DLC came out, it's been what over 4 months now? Any word on the ships that we voted on are they being model/done, where is the DLC money going towards if not new paints/flags/Ships? Can the people that paid for the flags get the in game 50K flags since they paid for flags, they should have these too? I mean what was the point of paying money for flags if we are getting restricted on some of the best ones in game? When will this patch come and as above what happen to the road map that was suppose to be posted in a few days and not it's a week later?

We have members from all over the world, including Norway, Denmark, Germany, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Poland, Britain, Turkey, Spain, China, Taiwan, Brazil, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Finland, Sweden, Ukraine, Netherlands and more. We are currently working on improving our cohesion as a fleet. Yesterday we were at Salamanca and here is the biggest one of several battles: Some of our screening fleet also joined in a fight with other Russian clans and had great fun:

    In short, in games based on ranged combat, such a reward system that you have to loot manually, is simply wrong. ... and was it usual in line-battles (which went how it was planned) to leave the battle line and go looting to the enemy, after every sinking ship?

    I have had a few frustrating games. The one thing that bugs me is the gatherers getting killed so easily. They need too try and avoid camps. i was trying to take out a camp, and 1 of my gatherers came running in firing arrows at 5 guys. He started it. He had no chance, and was killed in couple of shots.

    Better solution: if you like the challenge of navigating without your location fix, don't equip sextant perk, there are plenty of other options . Let the rest of the players who don't want to deal with the annoyance of using outside applications to find out where they are have their GPS perk. Majority of players I speak with prefer it that way because we feel Naval Action's strongest part is fighting battles, and the weakest part is OW sailing and econ/trading. I've played when we had no navigational tools, then the grid squares and coords, then nothing but trader tool & compass, and now sextant perk. I think sextant perk is by far the best system of those, and it should keep new players happy because they won't get lost and frustrated. If a player decides a more immersion/roleplaying game is for them, they can turn off the perk. Everybody can be happy.
