Looks like a slightly enlarged copy of Endymion  :P

 

 

She was in fact based on the Endymion if i read correctly.Page 196

I am not sure actually.All of the sources say that she carried precisly 44 guns.

I've been looking for some model of Speshnyi class. Didn't expect they made one in Chile. Nice find!

More famous representative of the class is "Avrora", although she's out of the timeframe:
