If you have not received the keys please contact us at support@navalaction.com Please bear in mind that some uncleared e-check transactions that were not processes by the time account was blocked (mostly from germany) were refunded to you by paypal. It is very unfortunate, but we cannot do anything about it now. You just have to wait for Steam or new start of the preorders. admin Posted February 6, 2015 Author Share Posted February 6, 2015 Hello captains new update We will be sending keys today. All purchases done before 19-00 pm kiev time will be sent the key. Send out will be done between 9pm and 10pm.. you will get the key by 10-30pm or 11 latest (kiev time). If you are one of the few who won't get the key today - that means 3 things (as always) 1) key got into spam folder (check it first) 2) your provider declined our email (considers its spam) and you have to contact our support (at) navalaction.com 3) you used a e-check or other non-instant payment and your payment is still processing (and will be delivered next week on Friday) In all three cases don't hesitate to contact us for support. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
