If you bought the key before 18 PM Kiev time on friday you will get the key within 1-2 days. If you bought after 18 pm kiev time you will get the key NEXT friday. there are 3 reasons for missing keys 1) key got into spam folder (check it first) 2) your provider declined our email (considers its spam) and you have to contact our support (at) navalaction.com 3) you used a e-check or other non-instant payment and your payment is still processing (and will be delivered next week on Friday) In all three cases don't hesitate to contact us for support. If you have not received your key please contact us using support (at) navalaction.com forwarding information listed below. admin Posted November 25, 2014 Author Share Posted November 25, 2014 When sending missing key request to support please include this information transaction id name on paypal account full address and email used for paypal purchase alternate email contact - some email providers have very severe filters (hotmail in particular) and just cut off our communication. admin Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 Also. If you have used e-check system to buy the game - this takes longer to process. Usually up to a week.
