I don't care whether we have regional or global weather, but two ships sailing next to one-another must have the same weather conditions. It appears to me weather conditions are sent to a client over an unreliable channel, while for example chat is sent over a reliable one. Before, say, wind strength changes are introduced, this should be fixed. (Please do not add it to conquest information updates, these are buggy as well.)
