avasyliev Posted April 23, 2016 Share Posted April 23, 2016 Due to hardware power fault on the provider side, we were forced to do a databases rollback for US PvE shard to the state of maintenance (23.04 about 10.00 AM Kiev time). On Monday we will do compensation for players who played on US PvE shard during this time period. Due to seriousness of the problem we will consider changes with hardware provider in order to improve servers stability.
