About This Club
The Continental Navy was the navy of the United States during the American Revolutionary War, and was formed in 1775. The fleet cumulatively became relatively substantial through the efforts of the Continental Navy's patron John Adams and vigorous Congressional support in the face of stiff opposition, when considering the limitations imposed upon the Patriot supply pool.

Today marks an extremely important day in history. On December 7, 1941, the United States was attacked by the Empire of Japan as a result of increasing hostility between these two great nations. This day would mark the day that the United States officially became a member of World War II, deploying its Navy in the Pacific Theatre. Over twenty-three hundred sailors and military personnel were killed, and more than seventeen hundred were wounded. Take a moment to honor these men and women who fought the war against Imperialism. This was the declaration of war by the President of the United States at the time, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, on December 8, 1941.
