No ETA yet. this is getting very annoying guys - 2 days off work and wish i hadn't bothered to stay at home so i could play now. could you please move your downtimes back 2-3 hours so they dont happen in the EU daytime. McLeod Posted February 4, 2016 Share Posted February 4, 2016 It seems logical to me that scheduled down time on an EU server should be run at the servers lowest population times which have been between 3-6 am CET - not Russian times.Just seems sill that the downtime occurs an hour or so after people have started to fill up the server. For £29.99 i expect a game that is at least playable during its advertised hours and doesn't use a service provider to maintain its servers who clearly isnt up to the job. Once your ready to put your game onto Steam ( regardless of early access or not) I would expect them to have in place at least the basics which enable them to patch efficiently and maintain server up times - this has been a repeated issue now with extended downtimes that are always blamed on the service provider - maybe this should have been sorted out before they released on steam ? I love the game but this is exactly the kind of thing that pisses paying customers off - if they had posted officially that they expected a extended downtime pre downtime this morning then i wouldn't have minded. In recent game development history the inability to provide stable servers etc has been the downfall of some great potential games I can deal with in game issues and bugs and am happy to test out mechanics and find issues - but i am not happy to repeatedly be unable play because they are using a sub standard service/server provider Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Whilst we understand its in early access - these repeated unplanned extended downtimes happening in the middle of the day EU are unacceptable. An extra hour of missing game time will not ruin the many hours you will have in the future. As for the complaining of Price and Down time is this not seen as an investment into the future of this game?
