Ojibwa_Wind Posted November 2, 2015 Share Posted November 2, 2015 NPC's traders are to fast. No matter how you position your self they always get down wind and then their is no way to catch them. Even if you fire on them they get away. The only two times I caught them was when I was in larger ship and could fire long range. But then they carry nothing most times. If you are in a fore-and-aft ship and you are trying to catch a square rigger, you need to be upwind of them and you need to initiate at the right range.
