z4ys Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 (edited) Ingame report number: NAB-81188 Location: Hostility Mission My ship: Basic cutter Description: I joined an ongoing hostility mission that was over in the sec i joined but it still spawned a privateer. So i decided to fight that privateer. As soon I had the side Armor down I couldnt do any structure dmg to the ship. An other player had no issue and was doing structure dmg to the Ai privateer. Tiedemann Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 When this happens to me I'm shooting on the upper part/higher area of the enemy ships broadside when it has no broadside hp/armor left. I can see that I hit and I get hull hits, but it is like I'm missing the hitbox of the internal structure giving 0 damage to it as result. So next broadside I make sure I aim a bit lower, and that usually do the trick. I never bug reported because I assume I'm shoting through the top of the destroyed broadside and because of the enemy ships roll the cannon balls go then directly into the water.
