Open world graphic changes

Double zoom-out max

Enable on deck/helm/crows nests fixed views for less long voyage tedium

Animated crew doing tasks on board

Fix ships that dont have see through sails in open world even when enabled in options

Stop drawing sea/waves in the ships hold

Allow rebind of lock rudder over to stop accidentals during fine adjustments

Add flags on masts to indicate wind direction, strength, captains nationality

Closeable gun ports

Turn off lighting for night time raiding (PvP oriented)

Sails dont clip through standing rigging

More then 1 sail canvas textures

More mast models to match ships instead of being just resized - remove unused portions to make it more realistic

Draw fleet ships in formation

More variety in buildings

Fix sky wrap around texture meeting point line

Triple the draw distance for port names or at least while using monocular zoom

Bring back ship type id's or allow it to appear once ship is viewed through monocular zoom for manual ID 

Make open world travel timeout an hour, or disable all together if a plot is charted (PvE oriented) 

Clean up shallows around ports and/or make the depth gauge more accurate - the dynamic in of itself its not emerging just distracting and annoying, holds no tactical value in PvP and pointless in PvE. Argue realism then why doesnt it do damage: ie its just pointless)
