"Constitution Permit" vs. "USS Constitution Note?"

Question

Hi there,

Noticed that in the Admiralty tab, under" PvP Rewards" there is now a "USS Constitution note."  What is the difference between this and the "Constitution permit" in the permits section?

There is a difference.

The "Constitution Note" in the PvP Reward section gives you a ship note which can be turned into a ship (you get to choose the framing and planking).

The "Constitution Permit" in the permits section is an item needed when you are crafting a Constitution using materials.

Oh, good! I thought I was going crazy and this a typo:

It's the same, different naming. 

Devs need to fix their naming - when you go to admiralty, all the blueprints are called "Notes" confusing everyone because actual notes give final ships...
