Client Data Corrupted?

After downloading and installing the latest update this morning I'm getting the above message.

It also says to check the integrity of my files. I was playing the game just fine the other night and have done nothing to it except for the update.

I rebooted my computer to see if that would clear up things but no joy.

Do I have to uninstall the game and reinstall to sort out the client files? 

I did send a crash report.
