Do you get to keep buildings in the port you switch from? What about clan and clan warehouse?

since you are switching nations, you cannot keep your clan unless you destroy it first. basically the same for clan warehouse.

You have to defect in just your underwear in the middle of the night, with the dogs at your heels.  (lesson: always have clean underwear on hand)

This is pretty weird to be honest... i understand the clan and clan warehouse but you keep the free / neutral town outpost, so why not buildings in it ( other than clan warehouse ) ?

Do you know the cost of the buildings by any chance? I can't remember but want to set up a ship with all it takes to build shipyard L3 and workshop...

ahhh I do not know the exact cost for all the buildings but the workship can run you 150k gold, and then oak logs, stone and iron fittings (don't remember the number)

I believe the Shipyard old costs are 100k, 500k, and 1 mill but those may be incorrect.
