Start Button Not Highlighted Gaines MIll

I'm a Confederate with two Corps and after selecting DEPLOY, and then choosing one corps for a frontal attack and the second corps for a flanking attack, the game does not highlight the Start button to allow me to do battle at Gaines Mills?  What am I missing? Only option is to select Camp.

Please include a screenshot. 

Perhaps because you didn't put the corps in to the mandatory spots. The two highlighted once with a + in them.

This battle needs minimum 2 Corps to start but probably you inserted your corps to an "optional" slot. Choose mandatory slots which have a brighter color.
