The problems will be solved as soon as possible, the current ETA is 1-2 hours. Sorry for inconvience, Captains. Accounts, that had been on EU server by the time server gone offline, are temporarily locked due to save the character progression to the master database. As soon as the issue is solved, accounts should be unlocked automatically In case any character keep locked state after servers are back, it will be recovered manualy 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kanay Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 I'm not sure if I understand correctly, apparently I'm not locked as i could login into the pve server, but had left the server before it had gone into maintenance mode : http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/7082-connectivity-issues-lags-disconnects/page-10#entry270652 Does this mean that some things will be lost for me or the locked thing is only for those who were still on the server before it was shutdown or something else i did not understood ?
