what do you have, and how much does it cost?

I have been playing naval action for about 1 day now and my FPS is bad, I don't know if its on my end or what. but i was wandering if anyone knew a way to improve it. AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.50 GHz RAM 8.00 7.19 usable 64-bit operating system x64-based processor Quadcore

I also have another question, if i bout this game thursday, do i still get my code friday?

I recently just bought Naval Action and noticed that on their calender it said it was Friday, but where i'm at ( Texas ) it's Thursday, so what i'm wandering is if i still get my code tomorrow or not.

I'm looking to buy Naval Action but before i do I have a few questions i want answered. First, if i buy the game on a Thursday ( the 29th ) will i still get my code the next day on a Friday? The second question that i need answered is if i buy the game is it a one time thing,or will i have to keep paying that same price every month?
