Just means the servers are down. Everyone that tries to join will get this issue.

It simply means that the servers are down. Many people are having this issue, hopefully a diagnostics message will be added showing this in the next update.

I think so, getting the same thing. It'd be nice if they added a message saying the servers are offline in the next update.
