  1. i acquired all the ultimate general games and in each game the improvement is evident. i come from playing a game series that we all know, I like high strategy, but this series always lacked depth in its boring and generalist campaigns. lately this game saga is releasing historical titles with more mechanics and historical depth, but it still does not reach the depth of this general ultimate. another important aspect is that in the ultimate general we can recreate the battles on a scale with all the troops with its game system and in that saga large battles cannot be recreated. I liked this game, it has many immersive aspects such as the recruitment system, the historical weapons, the equipment, the historical battles in the campaign, the many generals with their historical portraits and most importantly a decent AI without cheat, negative aspects, I would have liked both the AI and the human player had those troops, equipment and recruitment, in a very detailed strategic map of the conflict zone, with industrial areas, strategic as ferry harpers to make weapons, manpower something as well as ageod games and also that there were different types of historical uniforms and in the recruitment you can see the historical emblems of units like the iron brigade, the tigers of louisiana among many other historical units, then the game would be perfect. i hope to see a napoleon or even another time of pica and musket as the English civil war but already in a dynamic strategic map, of course with a battle sound wraparound and immersive battle sound,where the AI and the human player handle their armies freely and why not find historical battle to rid them that give points of victory or remove them if the player is defeated, with historical units and see the color and variety of the different types of uniforms on the battlefield, would give much more immersion, depth and historicity to the game.

  6. with he pacth v68 the AI is playing worst. before of this pach i play the historical battle of second bull run with the confederates and the federal AI play with a battle line,charges,a AI that was a challenge. I returned to play the same historical battle with the same level of difficulty with the pacht v68 and the AI has had horrible behavior,more similar to the AI of the total war napoleon than the AI before. the AI Attack with loose units, no battle lines,,the units advanced interposing each other,While they were massacred by my tropos,t,he units of the AI hardly fired,the AI troops did not do charges. It seemed that he was playing against the AI of a total war,a real disaster. to the developer team,please,review the behavior of the AI with the federal side,In the historical battle of second of the bull run. The AI played so badly that I left the game alone and when I returned I had won the battle without playing it. This did not happen before the v68 patch that has been a disaster for AI. We hope that they solve this problem of AI, even improving it even more.
  7. I have won the battle of shiloh in the middle level of difficulty with the Confederate side easily. I do not think the north will have to remove troops in this patch for this battle. Among many other aspects of the campaign, reckon with a good AI,the bonuses are not necessary.   10. iam playing the confederate campaign and i have one corp with four divisions. then in the gaines mill battle have two or more corps for give star button and play the battle and with one corp i not can continue playing the campaing,because i have not money for do other corp with other divisions and this game not can not pass a turn,any solution for this?,thanks.
  11. I buy ultimate general gettysburg and now I bought this game that seems to be an excellent game. I am a player of the total war games since the beginning of the saga and I always miss immersion,historicity,depth and an AI that is a challenge. I believe that here they understand that these aspects are fundamental in a strategy game The management of types of weapons, the recruitment of generals, troop organization and all history gives the game a category never seen in other strategy games.
