  1. ...And just to add to that, there's also his book on the Peninsula Campaign, "To the Gates of Richmond". They're all excellent reads.
  2. Thanks! Didn't realise that it was out. Must turn on my "Steam" and download.
  3. Oooh! Yes! Spanish Succession would be very welcome: Blenheim (Blindheim), Ramillies, et cetetra. I'd be up for that.
  4. I agree on the "darkness". Too dark for my taste. Not so keen on the blurring either, if I'm honest.
  5. I find option 2 the most attractive, personally, but certainly would have no complaint against option 3, which is what the majority seems to favour.
  6. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/01/books/review/McPherson-t.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0 The link above is McPherson's review of Keegan's book (of which I have a copy). While an admirer of Keegan, McPherson points out some of the "numerous errors" that he says exists in Keegan's book.
  7. Agreed. Being able to have a choice would be nice!
  8. I think that by Gettysburg the Sharpshooters had lost the green uniforms for blue (although with green for the NCO's chevrons, etc). I would be nice to have the choice, though.
  9. My choice would be option 3, but with the national colours on the flags rather than the plain blue and red ones.
