I agree on the "darkness". Too dark for my taste. Not so keen on the blurring either, if I'm honest.

I find option 2 the most attractive, personally, but certainly would have no complaint against option 3, which is what the majority seems to favour.

I think that by Gettysburg the Sharpshooters had lost the green uniforms for blue (although with green for the NCO's chevrons, etc). I would be nice to have the choice, though.

My choice would be option 3, but with the national colours on the flags rather than the plain blue and red ones.
