  1. My issue with Artillery is that they seem to be better at melee combat than my cavalry. 3 minutes gametime and out of 117 CAV and 42 CSA Art the CSA has fallen back and lost 2 men... btw how the hell is CSA art able to basically outrun my CAV unit that I've sent into melee combat?
  2. So I just discovered this project today thanks to Johan at PDS pointing at some of the games being highlighted on the Unity page, and I must admit I'm pretty damn interested as a modder. I'm a history buff and an avid gamer for over 40 years now and I'm hoping this is the game I've been waiting for for a tactical type game. What I've read so far, I'm a lovin it First impressions are: I'd buy it now, and happily wait for it to be finished!
  3. I also think Option 4 is the best as it's the best looking and still clean without clutter. Option 1 is my second choice, but the clutter it has....is distracting.
  4. If there was a way to replenish ammo then yes, it should be used as it's historic to have units out of ammo, and reduced to bayonet charges
  5. I'd love to help out by testing also. My experience is Playing computer games since 72 (Mainframe games as my father was in collage at the time) and the following beta projects over at PDS HOI3 Their Finest Hour: Beta EU4: Beta V2 Heart of Darkness: Beta East vs West: Alpha I'm also one of the 4 guys that is the main team behind BlackICE, a mod for Hearts of Iron. I mainly do modifications to the lua. My free time is kinda hit or miss though so, I may not always be available. If you are not limited to the number of testers you need, I do bring excellent testing abilities to the table. end result though, once it's out I will be buying it
