Everytime I try to connect to one of the two servers, my game gets stuck in the loading screen. I've already read this guide: but it doesn't help me since I have this problem for more than two months now, so I already tried to relaunch the game. I hope you can help me

Hey, I have Problems by connecting to a Server, everytime I select my Player and click on the "Start" Button, a small black circle appears in the lower, left edge of the screen and nothing happens from there on, no button reacts except the "exit" button... I did a connection Test: NAS-982662
