Union achievements not working even after hotfix

Hi, even after the latest hotfix, in my case the confederate achievements now seem to activate. But not the Union ones. Restarted a campaign and didn't get the first and second medal achievements, nor after playing historical Bull Run at normal (middle) level Thank you
