Hi, Maybe this has been answered somewhere else, but i can´t seem to exactly figure out what the lighter shade of grey means in the unit skills bar. Everytime I add rookies to a unit, the light grey decreases. When there is no more light grey, and the adding of rookies curtails the unit skill even more, the dark grey goes to red. Is the dark grey the basic skill of the unit? Is the light grey connected to unit experience or something of the sort? Thanks.
