  3. The undeniable truth is that we will have to figure out how to fit everyone on one server while creating visible hot spots for PvP..   4. They have the same turn rate percentage but different acceleration. Turn rate percentage is only one variable contributing to how fast a ship turns.

  8. I think that post was referring to the outlaw feature that is still in game and admin will just enable it for the tournament only.
  9. I'm wondering at this point in time, no more outlaw battles, so how about adding for everyone a duel and/or skirmish feature? It could be used for tournaments, fight practice and to test the ships/setups. Just an idea.
  10. Also some know better not to spam it to catch attention. Like mentioned before you cannot patch human nature so we need to be careful about those PvP rewards. Arguably, it's potentially easier to get the PvP marks than PvE marks. Naval hull refit - 15 PvP marks in store. Copper plating - very low chance drop in PvE. Based on the same concept copper plating should be in store for combat marks.

  12. Lack of repairs vs. having repairs it's also a problem. That seems to me a PvE ship. Also, never turn a bigger ship upwind in general more so against a smaller ship. In this instance Buc should point that ship at 135 deg. (90-120 deg no good) and Prince would not even keep up, get some distance and pound away from there, rinse lather repeat. Just some thoughts.
  13. Keep in mind that the turn rate modifiers will also increase the turn rate gap between them too. Just a hint, turn rate it's only one of the variables involved on how fast a ship turns, meaning the size of the circle mentioned by Texas above. Wapen it's comparable to a 5th rate in that respect. I have heard stories of carro Wapen SOL killers It would love to see Wapen getting a 0.36 knt speed increase.

  17. Gimme a PvE skill book for sinking buddies and alts, risk vs. rewards goes to sinking the AI.
  18. Among many things, the SOL need a buff to the turn rate.

  21. Really? I'm actually struggling to see anything positive in this. But then again you hate the safe zones altogether. It's easy to say when you have it all. It would for sure deny any new players and a good part of the servers population and that's we need.
