nothing is open exept NA

No. Have tried everything. Even shift+click and so on :/

i hope u can see the green line in the side of the screen.. but i cant upload video.. sorry :/ but here is a pic of the screen. wheni click the green line it sound "bling" like if u click on a button before u checked the box above. when i click on refresh or a server nothing happens... its like clicking with a mouse not connected to pc.... and i have never seen this green line around the screen. the only thing i can do is ctrl alt delete and close the game.. :/

hello.. i open my game and i have playes it alot before.. then i stopped playing it for some time and then installed it again.. i have re installed the game 100 times and i have made my pc fabrical 2 times so its like new. when i open my game and come to the server pick menu.. i cant clisk anything... there is a green line around the picture.. so it seems like another "program" is opening and is "clicking" on that but nothing opens exept steam and NA.. i really want help.. my game worked perfectly before but now it opens up and i cant do anything exept click on the green sqare around the game window and the sound "bling" comes ever click.. i can attach a video of it if u want guys.. plz help!
