  1. Thanks for your response. Regrettably, I looked at it and it doesn't tell me when the battle will end. I just wish I knew if the battle would end at a certain time. Its frustrating when you keep driving the enemy to where you want them to go, then right before you crush them, battle over.
  2. Is there some way to tell if a battle is about to end? What I mean is this, you take all the objectives and win the battle. When the timer runs up, you don't click "finish" but you keep the battle going. It seems like sometimes I can keep the battle going for over an hour (real time) but other times the battle will end by itself twenty minutes (real time) later. Thanks.
  3. I have two quick questions about capturing units. 1. Is 1000 the maximum number of recruits you can get from capturing units? What I mean is this; during a battle I captured over 2000 enemy troops, but I only got 1000 troops from the prisoner exchange at the end of the battle. Is this a glitch or is 1000 that maximum? 2. I know this has been asked before, but I have not seen the thread since the new patch about this question. Is capturing units random or is there some method? Sometimes a unit will charge me and it will surrender without me counter-charging it. On the other hand, I will have 5 cavalry units running down a routed infantry unit, and the unit won't surrender, they just shatter (removed from the game). It seems like the best way to get them to surrender is to trap them against a river then charge. Is there a formula or is it just luck? What do you guys do? Thanks.
  4. I am new to the game and I have three questions. 1. Do weapons carry over between campaigns? Let me give an example. You play as the Union, and during the first campaign (1st Bull Run) you have the option to buy 25 spencer rifles for your skirmishers. Suppose you don't buy them, do those 25 carry over to the next campaign (Shiloh)? 2. Related to the previous question, suppose I do buy the 25 spencer rifles, does it have any impact on how many spencer rifles will be available for the next campaign? 3. Capturing a enemy supply wagon seems like a waste of effort. At the end of the battle, it will tell you how many supplies you captured, but it doesn't seem to increase the number of supplies that you actually have. Do you actually get money for capture supplies or am I missing something? Thanks for the help!
