    Dude, not only that this tribunal is eye cancer and absolutely unreadable. You proclaim having seen the offended in 2 cases, but only show one case, where you not only not show actual green on green. A video of the offense would be a must have in this case. If you read even further in the forums you will find a clanmate of HachiRoku called 'Toto Cabbage' claiming, they were unable to join in the right circles due to a bug.

    IMHO the pvp mark system is fine, what really needs to change for more pvp is to get players out of reinforcement zones. Don't force them but give them some candy when they leave it.

    Thinking one step further: increase the timer to not be able to get into a battle after you got out of invisibility. Or it would end up again in hunters beeing invisible next to their next prey.

    @maturin is right though, everything except the battle instances is at best mediocre. The OW naval action is more successful than legends because every battle can be different, you never know how big the battle gets and you can win against the odds while legends will throw you against a 'balanced' enemy party. A not instanced battle game is what I wish for NA2.

    Am I the only sane person who sees here the same old trolling loophole that we had to deal with, just the same changed from a trolling basic cutter with no BR to a 'light frigate' that can be thrown away anytime?

    You know there is something wrong with the game when the biggest nation of all fills portbattles always with the same 7 guys. Yaya, i know, the rest is pve-trash...

    Thats sadly not the truth. A mediocre player with great upgrades can beat any good player in a shop ship with no upgrades. Take for example mast upgrades: While you can shoot for half an hour masts of a ship that has winged out ballast and pino ocote on while nothing will fall down, the mediocre player just needs to concentrate on hull or chain and can delete that 'skilled' mast sniper. Thats sadly how it is. Would the game be without any upgrades and perks... than it would be real skill based. But no upgrades equals sadly no long term grinding and so no players...

    Only because its possible right now, too, does not mean its a good system. You will always encounter a 'winning-team-joining' process. Therefor the winning team will get bigger and bigger, therefor less content for the winning-team, until players leave the game because it gets boring. Develop a mechanic that will counter this and the game gets a future.
