Fascinating pics of the Mary Rose! I am curious as to the height between decks, as it doesn't look like much. Either the seamen of that era were very small or they suffered from a lot of back problems! Must have been hell moving around in heavy seas.

As the saying goes, "You can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time!" You make a good game so much better with your sounds. I especially like all the creaks and groans of the hull and rigging when under way. I spent 4yrs sailing my own 40ft Sailboat on the Pacific and those sounds take me back so well to those days! Would it be possible to include the the sounds of sails emptying and filling with the wind when coming about? They're sure noisy as hell in my experience. No matter what, keep 'em coming, mate!

I can't believe you people! Just to set the stage, I'm an American, (formerly English),my spouse is from Central America, and I enjoy playing Naval Action. We are ALL just ordinary people playing a Game that we enjoy. Where is all this animosity and hubris coming from? Jorge, why do you feel so downtrodden? Nobody in the Moderator Panel or the Game is looking down on you for being a Latino. You are only who you think you are, no more, no less, and anybody who tells you otherwise is a damned liar! Especially don't listen to the voices of the Rabble-rousers who want you to feel guilty for being non-white. The rules and so-forth that the Moderators have in place are developed with EVERYBODIES well-being in mind, not just a select few. Just suck it up, and enjoy one of the best Games around. Vaya con Dios, amigo.

In the interest of realism, I'd like to be able to drop and retrieve anchor when entering a Port or in the Shallows. Just slopping around in the surf seems a little dumb, when you could be swept onto the beach. I would think a keypress along with the appropriate anchor graphic would work. But I'm not a Designer, so what do I know!
