  1. It's another simple fix. They must have tagged the pirate, as he wouldn't have had the br to tag the battlegroup in. So if your battlegroup tags, you get a pb timer on exit, if you're tagged by the screening fleet you don't get one.
  2. So then it had to be a national port then didn't it ? and the loophole is obviously used by trader ships. did I really need to say that as its the only scenario that fits ?

Jesus, does nobody read?, It doesn't matter what port it was or who was doing it. why does everyone focus on the totally wrong part?, the point is that there is another loophole that gamers are using, I'm not mad at them, they are playing the game, but its an unfair advantage to be able to hit a player, be it in a mission, or in open world, then just run away and hide in a port that should be hostile to them, that's the bone of contention here. if they have contraband goods on, they shouldn't be able to jump a mission, or initiate pvp, they are for all intents and purposes smuggling after all, or did I totally miss the point of contraband goods ?

Pvp while having the contraband goods on needs to be looked at, as some less than scrupulous players are using this function as a means of hiding out in enemy ports, then jumping missions or whatever, then running back to a port that should be hostile. so may I suggest that if you want to pvp, having contraband goods on should block that option.
  5. Just pointing out the truth dude, it's an odd concept for some to grasp I know, as this forum has never been a place where truth has been prevalent, probably caused the lol, my bad.

How about the time you and sveno both said, we have no plans to attack the pirates, we just want some pvp out of Morgans Bluff ? then took other ports in the area How about the time , you said you were turning Georges town back to neutral the next day, you were just looking for a fight ?, surprise surprise ,that didn't happen either your so petty after I pulled you on it, you went for planB's ports the next day.

  8. When you leave battle separately the invis and speed boost is kicking in again on players that have already left the battle
  9. It seems some of you have indeed forgotten what happens when you start a war.
  10. 1, We are not obliged to make it fun for you, you really haven't made it fun for us. 2, Right up until you broke off diplomatic relations, you where told that it would be a no holds barred affair, including port timers, You chose to ignore it. 3, You say your player base will suffer, but you led your player base into this, again, knowing what it would entail. 4, Instead of making friends with at least one of the factions on either side of you (see Sweden ), you choose to attack both. Not exactly tactically astute. 5, The difference is, our allies didn't hang us out to dry. Both the Dutch and the USA players have been exemplary in their support and know we will stand shoulder to shoulder with them. Can you say the same of your allies ?. I'm going to go out on a limb and say no, no you can't. 6, Pick new friends, or even old enemies, who may be more reliable.

You did it so you wouldn't have to fight the Danes, we aint stupid, im just a bit pissed after the help you recived from the British, when the Danes and the French where reaming you and had you down to one port, who was it held out a hand ?, who was it who gave you ports to continue building ships to keep you in the fight ?, Oh yeah us. Can't help feeling a little betrayed. I hope your alliance with The Danes brings you all you deserve
  14. It's simple, reduced xp and gold the lower the lvl opponent, to the point if the disparity get to much you lose gold and xp
