ya i didnt think thsi game was a care bear love fest when i bought it be a PIRATE

So far as the clearly stated rules say for chat bans Warnings and bans Policy The list below shows the structure of our warning and suspension policy. This policy may be bypassed completely in favor of permanent revocation of a forum user’s posting privileges. 1st offence – warning 2nd offence – 2 day pre-moderation 3rd offence – 2 suspension 4th offence– 7 day suspension 5th offence or more – 14 day suspension Additional warnings can result in a permanent ban depending on the severity of the case.. I was only given a warning in game a brief message i could not fully read as it disapered and i could not tell clearly what it was telling me. Next day i log in and cannot chat in local, clan, private message, or group....i could not even X up in clan to get an invite to group to go sailing. i found out throught the link above and by requesting a PM from a mod that i was banned for 7 day for massive chat abuse...... they listed 7 comments i made in game chat that MAY have made me entitled to a chat ban. IF i have revived the proper warnings There was NO 2 day Pre-Moderation there was NO 2 day chat ban.....Straight to 7 day ban........ Same has happened to a few of my clan members. and the only reason we were so toxic was because of the reputation and fear we instill in the pirate community in PVP2 USA. and that community reported us for no reason. one of the reasons i was banned was because i said this in a PM when someone asked me a question about where to buy pirate frigates, my misspelling was my demise when i said "i know where pirate figgets get spawn ina port but somone keeps cleanning all the ships out of that port" and the word Figgets was actually meant to be Frigates however i was typing to fast and totally miss spelled as everyone often does. If this is how the DEV's And mod's want to treat their player base i do not see this game going very far. NO WHERE IN THIS FORUM IS A RULE THAT STATES "FOR MASSIVE CHAT ABUSE YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECIVE A 7 DAY CHAT BAN" And this is abuse of powers making up rules all willy nilly.

nowhere in the rules does it say automatic 7 day chat ban for massive chat abuse, your also penalizing other clans mates of mine because you DO NOT HAVE the rules clearly stated NEWHERES where the rules are stated is clear....however the set of rules you are going by are not..................................Making up the rules as yougo alnog does not work as a set "clearly stated rules" Also there were no massive chat abuse. what i listed or what was listed to me was not a massive chat abuse it was a total of 7 comments

This is in no way greifing, "me Jumping in a battle to impead the slaughter of a clan mate......" We have the same clan tag........PTT.........its not my fault that there is no way to join his side of the battle. that is not our fault....its the dev's fault for not add this.......i am playing the game as it is. i do thank you mr moderator for your input however.....but we are aware of the rules "dont sink friendlies" and this is not what we are doing, wre defending our mates in battle that is all and we are complying with the rules, i will take the XP loss if i need to take the green sails down that are trying to attack my clan mamber, i will not sink a green, i am adhering to the rules, defending my clan mate is not trolling/greifing either. Allowing pirates to select which side of a pirate v pirate battle they enter on is on the list, but until then, you are not allowed to shoot, sink, ram, or otherwise impede boats that are green to you" The above statement sent to me by you is nowhere is the rules, i have a right to fight "play" for whoever i choose, i paid money for this ALPHA game i will play how i please.

Friendly fire rule change Green on green friendly fire results in -3x xp for every point of damage. Green on green friendly kills will result in demotion to midshipman if the number of kills reaches 2. No tribunal is needed - we will provide the punishment weekly on fridays automatically. If the number of friendly kills will reach 3 a national player account will turn pirate. The pirate who will get 3 kills will get his XP reset Green on green means: you sink a player ON YOUR SIDE of the battle (who is green for you in the tab interface) nowhere in this says i cannot impede in the battle, im not sinking greens...................and nowhere in the actual game,rules or anthing i agreed to say i cannot impede....... so i buy a alpha game and use the mechanics you put in the game and you want to ban me for it? ban me now so i don't waste anymore time playing and can give my review. and get my refund. all thease people are all pirates.... not a GB player joining a pirate fight and hitting GB so pirates win this is pirate attacking pirate, one pirate attacking another, and a whole mess of people coming in to defend him...why cant i defend my clan mate, why cant i join his side? its all pirates in the battle. thats total BS, why would i kill my own clan mate........ban me, ive still never used my free refund from steam yet sooo go ahead. OH and P.S. DC clan does the same thing to us when they attack us and they cant join thier buddies..........only difference is we dont complain about like little B****** on forums
