It has happened again , it looks like when a npc ship surrenders you have no option of taking the ship or it's goods. No other players where on my side , except one npc cutter. I Graped the crew down to 1 and he surrendered, I continued to grape to 0 crew and still no option to take the ship. I left after the Battle is over tag came up.

I had no option after I left the battle, there was no ship or cargo. Just 15xp and 1k or so gold

I went to capture a npc trader brig, got it down to 2 crew and it surrendered. I wasn't able to loot the contraband goods it contained nor take the ship, is this a bug?

I think it would add more to the game in terms of realism, as well as make it easier to find our location, if we could plot our course on the map, IE.. draw lines on the map. This feature and the addition of a sextant, would give us the tools necessary to find our relative location anywhere on the map. I believe this would be easier and more accurate than the current model. Maybe have it level based or as a ship upgrade. Have a good day. Mojava
