Solved the problem. Using the driver installer from the card manufacturer did not work. When I ised windows built in updated the problem was solved. Thank you

Here are my system specs. only the integrated video card is depolayed below but there is also an AMD Radeon HD 7970M. Neither the game nor the crash report will launch. I have attempted several re-installs but there is no change. When I try to launch the game or report a crash nothing happens. When I launch task manager I can see crash sender in the processes but again, the program does not launch.
