Pad Seayew
NAB-66611 (I'm almost 100% sure that is the report number, sorry if I'm off) Reported again today, it's happened 3 instances now, in the Combat instance. At a random time the rudder stops working. Also, the cannons stop reloading, and the loaded cannon do not fire. My yards were still able to turn, so I avoided collision with that. It seems to not recover until I leave the instance. It then works in the OW and when entering another instance/mission. Please help! I have asked a little in the Help chat in-game and I found no information there. I listed it under "Gameplay" and "Major" because it can be life or death or wasted time in a combat situation. Thanks again for all you do!
seanjo
Have you checked your connection when it's happening?
BungeeLemming
very valid question. Such problems do occur when your connection times out for a bit. Next time this happens, please go ahead and use the option "report connection" in your steam lirary (right klick on Naval Action)
Ink
Captain, in the report you have sent you have brace command enabled, you sure these symptoms happen without brace command activated?
Pad Seayew
Thanks for replies, I could have sworn I never touched the brace button. At any rate it did not cool down. Regarding connection, I did not notice, is the ping indicated in the screenshot?
