I go in one mission them in another. Port pops 06/09/2017 10:22. My mates saw it triggered immediately, It turned for me 12:00 UTC or 25minutes later… This is a recurring problem and have reported. The main issue is when I’m arranging a Port Battle with [Koltes]. I look like an idiot if I can’t tell the time. How else will [ELITE] and [BLACK] swap marks…? I mean, were you within those 25 min in OW, in a battle or in a dock only? once it happens again, could you please try to either dock/undock, join/leave a combat or relog and reply here? I was in OW just outside the Port. The other group triggered the PB. And they could see it straight away. I could not. The other group, had SEA players, me HK and also US players. So if you come out of battle, enter/exit a port, etc. I agree its weird especially cause its possible to goon a 2 hour sail without an update but that's how you can regularly check.
