On Testbed, I logged out at Port Royal, I didn't check where I was when I logged back in, but when I set sail into OW, I spawned outside FORT Royal... Only a couple of hours sailing in distance apart... Brand new character with no redeemables and zero coin... and teleport still has a 1hr cooldown on it. Yay.
