Dear Wind, dear Captains,

 

The draughts are part of a longer thesis on the comparison of Britisch, French, and American 18-pounder-frigates, written by Dirk Böndel, which can be found here (https://depositonce.tu-berlin.de/bitstream/11303/598/1/Dokument_8.pdf),

where the specs of the frigate classes are listed. Unfortunately it is written in German, but there are many plans, drawings, diagrams, and tables.

It's  actually a Chapman Designed Privateer Frigate! Plates 31-32. It was his biggest frigate in Architechtura Navalis Merotica, and To my knowledge Amiral Paris' version was more or less a reprint of the same plan. However it may have influenced the design of the later Continental Frigate Indien/South Carolina (Which was French Designed and Dutch-built IIRC, and also quite large for her era)
