French Le Bertin (1760, 1200 tons burden, 28 guns, crew : 239), designed by A. Groignard, was firstly used by the French East India Company for a trade voyage to India and the Mascarene Islands. Then, she was captured by the British and renamed Belleisle. NA thread about the ships of the French Company : here🙂
