I bought the game on 23rd of January 2016 but I never received the Yacht as a redeemable. Did the alpha end a day before or is it some sort of bug? It's been bugging me for a long time but I never decided to step to support because I was afraid I'd get turned away. I have the transaction ID as proof of purchase.

So I was sailing around, like you do. All of a sudden my game crashes. I take the time that was forced onto me to get food, and a drink. I come back and I am sunk and in the port of Kingston-Port Royal. Maybe I was thrown into combat and died, but regardless I had no way of preventing that. I lost my prize Teak-White Oak Surprise. This is one of many times glitches have ruined my experience, difference is I lost a great ship that I was in love with. Anyone else have tips to prevent these, or any relatable experiences with losing something great that was out of your control?

Hello, There is no longer any sound or audio when I launch the game. I haven't been able to find any fixes, and when I tried emailing the devs, I didn't get any response. Is there anyone here that can help with this issue? This problem makes the game pretty impossible to play and enjoy. Thanks, x0Maverick0x

I started a battle against the Ai in my St. Pavel during the join battle screen the game crashed then while trying to load into the game it crashed an additional 2 time when i finaly loaded int the battle i was unable to turn my sails despite having enough crew this allowed the Ai to sink me because i could not turn my sails to get away would it be possible to get my ship replaced ?

There is a support section "Support Have a technical problem? Post here! Forum for bugs, graphical glitches, technical problems and other issues not related to gameplay". I can't find a section that is for glitches/bugs related to gameplay, or am I not looking right?

Hi there, so I'm getting this error when I try to connect to the server(SteamAPI_init() failed.), don't know why it's coming up (something to do with steams API?) anyway, help is appreciated, can't get into the game otherwise.

Hey Devs, First off: I know that you all are working very hard to fix everything for us, and I'm looking forward to the upcomming content update. However, it would be most appreciated with some kind of maintenance overview. Could be very simple: Servername green/red dot (green online/red offline) and a note on the ETA for the server to come online again. Thanks for a great game, and keep up the good work! Hello, new to the party, and rearing to start the adventure. Just upgraded to Windows 10 before recieving my NA Steam Code, so I have never run this game on 8.1 or the like, this is a fresh install. "Oops! The Game Crashed. The Crash Report Folder named "2015-08-08_191158" next to game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the Developer of the Game!" I have filed the Crash Report, but thought to see if anyone here had any idea if it's something I can fix. Appreciate in Advance -Sovicat

Yesterday i was playing the OW fine with no problems, however when i come back today i only get login queue request failed. I have tried returning to Sea trials and back restarted steam and my computer. I have tried to log in in instead of steam. I know the servers are up since a friend is on the game currently. Does anyone have any fixes for this?
