As much as the mini map, tow to port, etc, have changed... I find most changes are just band aid solutions. Current players will enjoy them but I don't see how this will grow our community. I have like 3 friends that have asked if they should get into the game. I tell them unless you are willing to make this your #1 game ... it really isn't worth it. Beginner levels are a grind.. over and over... level after level. On the fence gamers are simply not going to get this game for $40 USD... unfortunately

For any players wondering about PB timers in different zones (which seemed to be the issue back in the day)... Why not have non capital PBs set to a max of 10 captains - x2 1st rates x3 4th rates and x5 5th rates.. Capital regions set to much bigger BR's, etc, or something along those lines. This would also help smaller nations (like our beautiful Spanish nation ;P) . I'm sure any nation can gather 10 players in any time zones if the servers were combined?

Used to run a small rat clan 10-15 members. We were never told by BLACK to "help or die"...ever. This also isn't the first time I read this from another player. It's 100% false from what we experienced and I'm sure other pirates will agree. Agree with you some other points in regards to the game losing players, BLACK's determination, etc.

While Spain is larger now then it was pre patch, I wouldn't say the nation is "growing daily". You also say we are well organized. How can that be if we are all players from different nations coming over to Spain with no game play together what so ever? All in and Spain is still small and trying to get up and running. When others see clans like MARS running their mouths all night in Global chat, it is just asking for a fight and I think that's what we're seeing here.

Always a fun visit! Dare I say a fun place to revisit as well.

Well... The big thing is they really should have a separate forum for each server. To have them all clumped into one is kind of ridiculous. Anyways .. I guess it's kind of minor and expected with early access games.
